Retail Customers

As a retail customer you may choose to register your details or complete any transaction as a guest.
The benefits of registering would include:

  • Your address is stored for the next time you wish to place an order
  • You have access to the "My Account" area which means you can
    • View your order details and status
    • Save and Manage your baskets
    • View your previous orders and add these items to your basket, making it very easy for you to re-order items you commonly use

Pricing is displayed Exclusive of VAT

Delivery
Within Ireland you can choose to collect your orders from our Store, or have them delivered by courier for €10, you must supply a mobile phone number for residential deliveries so the courier can make contact if needed

We also deliver within Europe/UK for a flat fee of €25

Our site uses an SSL certificate along with a secure third party payment processor " CashFlows™" to ensure that your payment details are kept safe and secure.

Trade Customers

A trade customer is a customer who works for, or owns, a company that has a trade account with M.A. Healy & Sons Ltd. A trade customer can avail of their unique special/discounted pricing on our website. Trade customers must register to avail of this pricing, using the guest checkout option will simply give you the standard retail price.
When signing up you must register with your company email address. Our system will match your email address to your companies' web domain in our system, and we will then be able to offer you your companies' special/discounted pricing.

Payment Options
Within your company only the "Main Buyer" will have the option to pay on account. If you feel you should be offered the "On Account" option, please contact us.
All other buyers can avail of their discounted pricing and pay securely by credit card.
All orders submitted by the "Main Buyer" and paid for "On Account" must have a PO number entered.
If a "Main Buyer" is purchasing items for their own personal use, then they should select to pay via their own credit card, as opposed to the "On Account" option.
