AFFF Foam Extinguishers: Engineered primarily for Class B liquid fire hazards (such as petrol, oils, and spirits), these units discharge a cooling foam blanket that seals the surface, cuts off oxygen, and prevents dangerous re-ignition. They are equally effective for standard Class A combustibles (wood, paper, textiles), making them a staple for general workplace safety, though standard foam should not be deployed on live electrical equipment or deep fat fryers.
