Constructed using layers of thermally bonded 100% polypropylene, the NEWPIG® MAT403 is a highly absorbent pad that doesn’t leave oil behind and is very durable. Even when wet it is resistant to tearing and fraying. Note: this mat is only suitable for absorbing oil. Its fine-fibre construction means no residue is left behind when you remove the pad. It also floats so as to clean up oil spillages on water. Flame-resistant material is used which means it won’t burn immediately (as is the case with untreated cellulose absorbent mats).

NEWPIG® MAT284 4 IN 1® ABSORBENT MAT DISPENSER

One of the most versatile products in the NEWPIG® spill containment range is the NEWPIG® MAT284 4-in-1 Mat. Packaged in a dispenser box, and produced using 100% polypropylene construction (with 25% recycled material) this spillage mat is a pad, roll, wipes, and sock all in one. NEWPIG® CPFH100 ESSENTIALS PRO CHEMICAL PRO ABSORBENT CONTAINMENT PADS

The NEWPIG® CPFH100 containment pad is designed for use in containing spillages of chemicals, solvents, caustics, acids, bases, and unknowns. This absorbent pad is made using small diameter (and densely-woven) fibre strands to enable the fast absorption of spilled chemicals on contact. These absorbent pads are coloured Safety Yellow so they can be rapidly identified for use in the event of a chemical spill. Made from 100% polypropylene. Easy tear perforations are a feature, so you need not worry about excessive use or wastage during a chemical spill cleanup.

NEWPIG® PLR204 SpillBlocker® Dike

This reusable dike is resistant to water and oil (and most chemicals) and confines spillages up to 2.25” deep (but does not absorb them). A tacky bottom layer and tear-resistant top layer work to provide a liquid-proof seal. These dikes can be joined together using the NEWPIG® PRL205 SpillBlocker Dike Connector (see below). Made of flexible, non-absorbent polyurethane.
